His success can be mainly attributed to the way that he does business with his clients; he works more as a consultant rather than a sales person. Since he worked in corporate sales with AT&T for over 14 years he is able use his negotiation skills to get the best price and terms for his sellers. With a full team to support him he is also able to ensure a smooth closing experience throughout the entire selling process for his sellers. Even in a down real estate market, over the past two years he has been able to sell over 20 of his own listings per year!
Sales Experience and Education:
David has been in corporate outside sales for over 15 years (mostly with AT&T) . Within those 15 years, David has won multiple awards for his sales accomplishments including top 5% of the sales force for AT&T worldwide. He also has a BBA and a MBA from The University of North Florida. David has been able to apply a lot of his business skills into the building of one of the top real estate teams in Metro Orlando.

Since her parents and grand parents where raised in North Orlando, she has an intimate knowledge of the different life styles which are avialable to potential buyers in Central Florida. After college she worked as a special education teacher for middle school until she had three beautiful daughters. By working as a teacher in Central Florida and being involved with multiple organizations as she raised her kids, she is able to be a valuable resource to the families who are new to the area.
