What You’ll Do
Receive high-quality buyer leads from our team and generate your own through proven KW systems.
Build relationships with clients and guide them through every step of their home search.
Show homes that fit their needs, help refine their search criteria, and negotiate strong offers.
Work with our Transaction Coordinator, who handles contract-to-close details so you can focus on doing what you love — helping more people!
Learn, grow, and succeed through training, mentorship, and KW’s award-winning education.
What Makes This Opportunity Different

Compensation Example:
- 24 closings (team standard) → Earn around $130,000 net
- 36 closings → Earn around $201,000 net
