Emerald Forest

Emerald Forest is a beautiful community located in Sanford.  This community has convenient access to I4, SR417 and shopping.  Even though the residents of this community are not located directly next to the planned path of the Wekiva Parkway they will be in close enough proximity to be affected by the construction of the road as it is being built.  

Section 7A of the road will start construction during the 2nd Quarter of 2018 and will be completed in 2020.  This section will start near the Estates of Wekiva Park on 46 and end as the road crosses Orange Bvld right near Walden Cove.
