Foxspur is a charming community located off of SR 46 and Longwood-Markham Road in Sanford.  Conveniently located with easy access to I4, SR 417 and shopping. The Wekiva Parkway is scheduled to directly affect this subdivision.  The construction of Section 7A starts on SR46 right near the entrance to this community.  

Section 7A of the road will start construction during the 2nd Quarter of 2018 and will be completed in 2020.  This section will start near the Estates of Wekiva Park on 46 and end as the road crosses Orange Bvld right near Walden Cove.
