    • Homes spent an average of 62 days on the market (DOM) in June – down from 66 days in May.
    • Inventory for June was recorded at 11,924, up 0.1% from May, when inventory was recorded at 11,914.
    • New listings rose 4.6% from May to June, with 3,978 new homes on the market in June, compared to 3,802 in May.
    • “Summer is typically one of the most active periods in the Central Florida housing market each year, and 2026 is no exception,” said Chris Atwell, 2026 president of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. “Sales have climbed consistently each month so far this year, and June kept the streak alive with increases across the board compared to May. Even with stubborn interest rates, buyers are steadily driving the market along, which is reflected in increased median sales prices across the region.     Inventory

    • Area inventory rose 0.1% from May to June. Inventory in May was 11,914, and inventory in June was 11,924.
    • The supply of homes decreased in June, with 4.1 months of supply in June compared to 4.4 months of supply in May. A balanced market is six months of supply.
    • The number of new listings increased from May to June by 4.6% – from 3,802 homes to 3,978 homes.

    • 2,301 single-family homes sold in June, up 8.1% from 2,129 sales in May. The median home price was $451,922.
      • There were 2,098 single-family homes sold in June 2025.
