5 Step Probate Program

 The Miller Realty Group has been working with families for over 11 years with their real estate needs and understands how difficult and overwhelming it can for families to sell a property which used to be owned by a loved one and is in probate. To help alleviate a lot of the stress we have developed an easy 5 Step Probate Program to assist you from clean out to closing. By providing a single point of contact for all of our trusted vendors we are able to manage the process so you don't have to.

The Transition Program

Step 1: Initial Consultation: We will set up an appointment to meet with you and provide a complimentary home evaluation and an estimated net sheet to show you how much equity you may have in the property. Once the home evaluation is complete, we will come up with a comfortable action plan for your desired time frame.

Step 2: Getting Organized: Once we have derived a comfortable action plan, we can have a preferred organizer go through the home with you, if needed, and determine what items you'd like to keep.

Step 3: Taking Inventory: After the home has been organized, an Estate Sale Specialist could assist you with setting up the sale of unwanted belongings as well as assisting with the sorting of items for donation. A clean out could even be done of the property.

Step 4: Preparing the Home for Sale: Before we put your house on the market we would recommend what repairs we would make to get your house in top showing condition. During this time we can assist you with providing a list of trusted vendors to help with cleanings, home repairs, and any other services which may be needed. 

Step 5: Marketing & Selling the Property: In order to get the most amount of equity out of their house we uniquely expose their house to 100% of the buyers in the market place utilizing the best technologies.  Through our robust marketing program our listings on average sell for more than 1-4% the average in Orlando (sold vs list price)
