Sylvan Lake Reserve is a lovely community located off of SR 46 in Sanford around Lake Sylvan.  This older community built in the late 1990's and early 2000's has a mix of custom built home around the lake and Centex homes in the subdivision to give it character. The amenities include tennis courts and a playground for the little ones.  Easy access to I-4, great shopping and restaurants at Seminole Town Center and Colonial Town Center.  This community will be affected by the construction of Section 7A of The Wekiva Parkway.

Section 7A of the road will start construction during the 2nd Quarter of 2018 and will be completed in 2020.  This section will start near the Estates of Wekiva Park on 46 and end as the road crosses Orange Bvld right near Walden Cove.  The construction for Section 8 will start the 4th Quarter of 2018 and end in 2021.  This section of the road will start at Orange Blvd and end where it connects to 417 near I4.
