What is the VIP Club?

​We created our VIP Club as a way to say thank you to our past clients, sphere of influence, vendors and friends for introducing us to people they care about who are in need of our real estate services!

Being a member of this exclusive club has it's perk!

Over the course of the year members of our VIP club will be able to participate in a program which allows them to have a chance to win an Appreciation Offer every month of the year! Every month we send an email just to our VIP Club members with what that Appreciation Offer will be for the following month. If it's something that they are interested in wining then they sign up to be entered into the drawing.  Over the past couple of years some of our appreciation offers have been the following: tickets to a play at the Dr. Phillips center, tickets to an NFL Football games, two night hotel stay at a Disney resort, tickets to Halloween Horror nights, club seats to an Orlando City Soccer game, 4 pack to Volcano Bay Water Park, tickets to ICE at the Gaylord Palm and more!! 

How do I become a member of this exclusive club?

It’s easy!  When you are in a conversation with someone and they are talking about wanting to buy, sell, or invest in real estate, just let them that they need to work with an awesome real estate team (that would be us) that you have either used in the past or are aware of.  Then just give us a call and then we could talk about a good way we could be introduced to them so we could help them out!  That’s all that you have to do!  Starting the next month, you will start to receive the e-mails with the Appreciation Offer!

This is so Cool!  So how do I stay in this club?

That’s easy, just continue being you!  As you continue to come across people who are in need of our real estate services, just continue to endorse us and then give us a call so we could talk about a good way we could reach out to them.  At the beginning of every year, we create a new VIP CLUB based on who had referred us business the following year.  The best way to guarantee that you will always be a member of this exclusive club is to continue to introduce us to people who need our help!
