That's completely fine. You don't need a moving date or even need to know exactly where you'd go. The first conversation can simply help you understand your options and what the process could look like.
Does the program only help people who are downsizing?
No. Downsizing is common, but the program is about helping coordinate a home transition. Your move may involve simplifying, relocating, helping a parent, or preparing a longtime home for sale.
Do we need to fix the house before talking with you?
No. In fact, we'd rather talk before you begin spending money. We'll discuss which projects may make sense and which ones may not be necessary.
What if we have years of belongings to sort through?
Depending on your needs, we can connect you with professionals who help with organizing, sorting, packing, estate sales, donations, and clean-out services.
Can you help if I'm handling the move for a parent?
Yes. We work with families helping a parent or loved one through a transition. Our goal is to help everyone understand the plan and next steps.
Do we have to be ready to sell before we call?
No. You can begin planning long before you're ready to put the home on the market.
