Sylvan Lake Reserve
Lake Sylvan Reserve is a lovely community located off of SR 46 in Sanford around Lake Sylvan. This older community built in the late 1990's and early 2000's has a mix of custom built home around the lake and Centex homes in the subdivision to give it character. The amenities include tennis courts and a playground for the little ones. Easy access to I-4, great shopping and restaurants at Seminole Town Center and Colonial Town Center.
