David was raised in Jacksonville, Florida; however, he moved down to Central Florida with his wife, Anne-Marie, in 1996.  Before starting his real estate business, he worked in corporate sales with AT&T for 14 years. During that time, he was recognized in the top 5% of company sales in the nation and also received his Master's in Business Administration.

In 2006, Anne-Marie and David decided to enter the real estate market so they could help home owners with their real estate needs. With David's strong business background and education, he has been able to create one of the top real estate teams in Central Florida. Since they started in real estate, they have been able to help more than 725 families either buy or sell their homes or help them build wealth through real estate. Over the years, they have developed the systems, procedures and team to fulfill the promise they make to their clients everyday: to provide them the best possible service they can imagine during their real estate transactions. On their team, David focuses on delivering a high level of service to the sellers while Anne-Marie works exclusively with the buyers. By focusing on different sides of the business, they are both able to produce the desired results for their clients. On the listing side of the business, David is consistently able to get his listings sold for 3% more than the average, and he typically is able to get them under contract within half the amount of time compared to the average. This is done through a methodical approach with the best technology that allows his clients' houses to be exposed 100% of the buyers in the market place. This drives the demand through their front doors, which then allows them to sell for top dollar and within a relatively short period of time.

David's success can be attributed to the way he does business with his clients: He works more as a consultant than a sales person. By asking his sellers the right questions, he is able to find out what's important to them about the selling their house – which then enables him to meet and exceed their expectations!

  • Grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, but has lived in Central Florida for over 20 years.
  • Received a double major in Management and Marketing as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
  • Has worked in the real estate industry since 2006.
